Axe Valley Men’s Shed is a registered charity (1191653) and member of the UK Men’s Sheds Association. We create a welcoming space that fosters social interaction, builds connections, and promotes friendship. Through practical skill-sharing and knowledge exchange, we combat social isolation and support men’s mental health and overall well-being. Additionally, we actively engage in practical initiatives within our local community.

At our “shed”, located in the former Axbridge Railway Station, we offer companionship, equipment and expertise.

We carry out a range of activities including a Model Railway club, Tai Chi, wood carving, carpentry, computers, and so much more!

Everyone is welcome to come into our home at Axbridge Railway station on a Wednesday morning from 10:00 am for a chat about what we do. The kettle is always on!
